Knowledge sharing – or what agile management has to do with Christmas

It’s almost Christmas – a celebration of love, gifts and sharing. Have you already found presents for all your friends and family? Or are you still caught up in the festive hustle and bustle? Material gifts may be nice to get, but what’s really unforgettable is the time you spend with family and friends, as well as the joyful atmosphere.

The principle of sharing in agile management

We rely on agile management principles all year round, and we think that with agile management, every day feels like Christmas. After all, sharing is essential in an agile team. The sharing of knowledge and the mutual understanding and trust that results from this have sustainably improved our teamwork and hence our productivity.

We therefore want to encourage you to treat gift-giving as we do in our agile team. When we share immaterial things like knowledge, love and trust, something unexpected happens: we share without ever having less. At the same time, sharing inspires positive emotions in both the giver and the receiver, and the connection this creates strengthens mutual understanding and the relationship between the two.

Raising money for education

In the spirit of knowledge sharing, rather than sending Christmas cards and gifts, we’re supporting «Jeder Rappen zählt«. This year, this campaign by Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen and Swiss Solidarity is raising money for the education and training of children and young people who have no or poor access to education due to poverty or conflict. Education is the future and knowledge should be shared. We hope that this support will open up new opportunities for these children.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust. We look forward to a rewarding new year and to continuing our collaboration with you.
