When does autonomous organisation work in a team?

A CEO that enhanced his establishment after a management 3.0 training session told me after his first week in the process: «You know, Fredi, autonomous organisation often seems like the free school movement to me«.

I knew exactly what he meant, because all teams that employ autonomous organisation are facing the same challenge: How can I promote the cooperation which is crucial to autonomously organised teams?

The key to good cooperation is in «soft factors». An autonomously organised team can only activate its swarm intelligence and tap its full potential with optimal cooperation.
