If you want to stay ahead, you have to be agile and flexible

I answered a few questions on the topic of ‘Agility: passing fad or recipe for success?’ for an article in g’plus, the magazine for the horticultural industry.

In our current fast-paced age, companies need to think and act in an agile way if they want to survive. The g’plus article clearly explains why Scrum, Personal Kanban and agile methods are helpful even in traditional areas such as horticulture. For large-scale planning projects, for example, the final implementation plan can be oriented towards the latest customer requirements by breaking it down into sprints. In addition, shouldering responsibility in self-organised teams is very motivating for employees and provides relief for management.

You can read about why this kind of change doesn’t happen overnight and how you can approach a transformation in this article.
